Yes. Any home improvement project that involved digging, foundation, framing, electrical, and plumbing, will require a building permit.
That’s nothing to worry about though, as our team at Davis Contracting will take care of all the paperwork for you. You’ll just have to sit back, relax, and enjoy watching your new space come to life.
Of course! You’ll get a 10-year structural warranty that covers framing and foundation, as well as a 2-year limited warranty. Manufacturing defects are not covered under the warranty.
If you’ll ever need us back to fix something that’s not working properly and is included in the warranty, we’ll respond to your warranty claim in as quickly as 2 business days!
